    If you have a business or project and you are interested in working with me, the first step is to contact me, through the contact button on the web, or through my social networks.

  • Budget & contract

    I will contact you to discuss your project and make a customized project proposal for you. If you accept, a deposit of 50% of the payment will be required to reserve your place and to sign the contract for the service you will hire.

  • Creative Stage

    My working method is collaborative, meaning that you will be very present throughout the whole process. The creative phase includes strategic calls, presentations, revisions and the creation of extra materials.

  • Offboarding

    The moment when all your files are delivered to you! Our farewell and your review of how you felt about working with me.

FAQ’s

  • Whenever I have slots or open agenda I communicate it through Instagram. So follow me there so you don't miss anything! :)

  • If you already know the service you need, you can ask me and I will give you an approximate price. But if you fill in the contact form I will be able to give you a more accurate price based on the details you give me.

  • It usually takes me less than 24 hours to answer all questions. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you haven't received anything during this time frame.

  • It would be great if you could have a moodboard ready. It will be needed to fill out the discovery questionnaire, one of the first steps in the process. If you don't know what I'm talking about, ask me.

  • We can make video calls, but the most common is to talk by mail. Also, our main tool will be Notion (it's free for you), where you will be able to access your Client Portal, there you will have access to invoices, contract, discovery and feedback forms, presentations and final files.

  • Normally 50% of the budget is requested upfront to secure the project, and a final payment of the other 50% once your package is completed.

  • You can write me and I will explain everything you need to know. I have several explanatory documents at your disposal, and we can also schedule a video call.
